Returns and Refunds


Requests to return an item must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible to receive a refund after returning your item, you must contact our customer service department at to initiate the process within the 30-day period that follows the date of deliver of your item as referenced on the shipment tracking page for your order. Returns may only be initiated if the customer has received a defective product and the customer informs us within the 30-day period following the date of delivery of their item.

After contacting us, we will provide you with a return address. All returned items must be in their original packaging and must be unused. After we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.


Refunds will only be provided in the event that you do not receive an item you purchased within 60 days due to factors within our control. In order to initiate a refund, please contact us at with a summary of the reason you are requesting a refund. We may ask for additional information and will determine eligibility for a refund based on the information provided.

Unfortunately, due to the way our shipping and records systems work, we cannot offer refunds for orders that were placed more than 90 days after you have placed your order.


If you purchased a warranty with your order, you may request a replacement of your product(s) by emailing The warranty covers damage or defects to your products for a 12-month period after you receive your product. Please include relevant images or videos in your email to show your nonfunctioning product. You may be asked to ship your products back to us before a replacement can be processed.
