Returns

Requests to return an item must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible to receive a refund after returning your item, you must contact our customer service department at info@hydronize.com to initiate the process within the 30-day period that follows the date of deliver of your item as referenced on the shipment tracking page for your order.

After contacting us, we will provide you with a return address. All returned items must be in their original packaging and must be unused. After we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided in the event that you do not receive an item you purchased within 60 days due to factors in our control. In order to initiate a refund, please contact us at info@hydronize.com with a summary of the reason you are requesting a refund. We may ask for additional information and will determine eligibility for a refund based on the information provided.

Warranty

If you purchased a warranty with your order, you may request a replacement of your product(s) by emailing info@hydronize.com. The warranty covers damage or defects to your products. Please include relevant images or videos in your email to show your nonfunctioning product. You may be asked to ship your products back to us before a replacement can be processed.
